Standard Bore for Gear Cutting Hobs
Standard bore for gear hobs is 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 22mm, 27mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, which are available for solid gear hobs and inserted blade gear hobs.
Material of hobs are high speed steels HSS M2, M2E. M2AL, M35, M42, and PM-HSS ASP2030, ASP2052, S390, S290 and MC90.
Hob coating Oerlikon Balzers PVD coating: TiN, TiALN and AP.
